Voice Dictation is the Windows app that turns what you say into text — in any window. Push-to-talk (F9) or toggle. French, English, Spanish.
Whisper runs on your PC. Audio and dictated text never leave the computer. The only thing that talks to the network is licence activation.
Install
A Windows installer. No cloud account. The 14-day trial starts on its own.
Press
F9 by default — or the key you choose. A beep: it is recording.
Speak
The microphone works locally. NVIDIA GPU if available, otherwise CPU. You send nothing.
Read
The text is written where you were — or in the dictation window, to copy, edit, undo.
